Colorado Avalanche goalie Semyon Varlamov (var-LAH'-mawf) is free on $5,000 bond, and can travel with the his team, while prosecutors consider whether or not he'll be charged in a domestic violence case. During a hearing in a Denver County courtroom today, Judge Claudia Jordan ordered Varlamov to stay away from his girlfriend and not contact her. Varlamov, ordered to relinquish any firearms in his possession, said through his lawyer he didn't have any. He's accused of assaulting his girlfriend, kicking her in the chest and dragging her by the hair.
