Still No Word on Missing Morgan County Teen

There's still no word on missing 17 year old Savannah Odekirk. Morgan County Sheriff Jim Crone said this isn't the first time the teen has disappeared for several days.

He said, "In the past, she has stayed away for days on end before, so we're hoping that she has just intentionally left home and that there is nothing else going on that is putting her safety in jeopardy."

Crone said investigators have talked with Odekirk's classmates and teachers and have come up with nothing that would lead them to her. If you know where Savannah Odekirk might be, contact the Morgan County Sheriff's department.

Sterling Public Library Hosts Fright Night

Sterling Public Library will hold Fright Night on October 25th at 6:30 p.m. It starts with a costume contest, so come in your scariest, funniest creative costume because there will be prizes for each age group. Denise Ladd will share Halloween stories that are appropriate for all ages and there will be a special activity following the stories.
