IRS certified tax return preparers will provide tax return preparation service at Morgan Community College, 920 Barlow Road, for six consecutive weeks starting January 29. The tax return service will be available on Saturdays from 9:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M., and on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. through March 5.

Lottery Winner In Colorado
Though Tuesday's Mega millions two jackpot-winning tickets were purchased in Idaho and Washington, one Colorado ticket buyer was left with a nice consolation prize. Colorado Lottery officials said yesterday one ticket purchased in Colorado Springs is good for 250-thousand dollars. Officials said had the buyer chosen to add the Megaplier option, they would have won one-million dollars.
Governor Ritter's New Gig
Outgoing Colorado Governor Bill Ritter is leaving office next week but he won't be out of a job for long. Ritter confirmed yesterday he's accepted a job as the director of the center for the new energy economy at Colorado State University. The college said Ritter's salary will be paid for through private donations.
