Some people in unincorporated Morgan County will not receive mail-in ballots for the Nov. 3 election.
That is because they do not have any candidates or issues to vote on, said Morgan County Clerk Connie Ingmire.
Those who are in the city of Fort Morgan, the city of Brush, the Brush School District and the Wiggins School District will receive ballots, she said.
However, the Fort Morgan School District canceled its election because there are no races for the board of education seats, Ingmire said. There are three vacancies and three people running.
