Unaffiliated voters in Logan county will be receiving a postcard in the mail this week which can be used to make a party affiliation choice for the primary election or change address information. If you wish to do so, return the card to the recorders office by mail before August 3rd. Voters must be affiliated with a political party (Democratic, Republican or Libertarian) in order to vote in the August 10, 2010 Primary Election. The primary election in Logan county will be conducted entirely by mail. It you want to your party affiliation,m the deadline to do so is quite a bit sooner -- July 12th.

Water Tour Set
Fort Morgan officials say they will be taking a tour, and you're welcome to come a long. Citizens are invited to participate with City officials and staff on a tour of Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District facilities in August. The tour, according tot he city website, is Thursday, August 12th. Everyone will learn more about where their water comes from, view much of the infrastructure that makes this possible, and stop at proposed sites for new storage reservoirs. Space is limited - register at City Hall or at Utility Billing.
