The car's owner told police that they had found the vehicle in a parking lot and it had a flat tire. They suspected that the person who allegedly took the car ran over something that blew the tire, so they took the tire to be repaired. It cost the vehicle's owner 85 dollars. If you know anything about the vandalism, call police.
