The August Primary in Logan County will be done via a mail-in ballot, says County Clerk and Recorder Pam Schneider. She says all the comments received recently concerning a mail-in ballot for the primary were in favor of doing it that way. Commissioners have approved the plan, signing off on it yesterday. In order to vote in that primary, a person must have their voter registration records up-to-date by July 12th, including a designation of which party primary you wish to be mailed a ballot for. Ballots will be mailed starting July 19th.
