Voting Extended

Morgan County voters who received their ballots by mail have until August 7th, that's the day after tomorrow to turn them in to be counted. Morgan County Clerk and Recorder Connie Ingmire said the ballots can either be mailed in, postmarked no later than the 7th, or dropped in the ballot box at her office at 231 Ensign St. in Fort Morgan. She said the Election Office will be open this Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and there'll be an electronic voting machine availble for those who want to vote that way.
