Vice President Joe Biden is coming to Colorado Monday to view the damage from recent flooding. Biden will also survey the recovery efforts under way. After the tour, Biden, Gov. John Hickenlooper and FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate will review their findings. A long recovery process has started in Colorado following devastating flooding that killed seven and wreaked havoc across 17 counties and 2,000 square miles. In Ft. Morgan, Mayor Terry McAlister has declared a disaster and emergency proclamation within the City.
