Attorneys Appointed tfor Four Robbery Suspects

You Miranda rights say you have the right to an attorney and if you cannot afford one, one will be appointed for you. Such the case of those three accused of robbing the African Grocery on April 22. The judge in the case of 19 year old Todd Roseberry of Wiggins, 21 year old Brittany Shurden and 19 year old Joshua Shurden, both of Fort Morgan has appointed attorneys to represent each one. The Colorado Public Defender's office will represent the fourth suspect, 19 year old Alexis Barton of Fort Morgan. That office withdrew from defending the first three, private attorneys had to be appointed to them. All four are still in jail on bond but will be back in court later this month.
