Wiggins Woman Killed in Tuesday Crash

Colorado State Patrol said a Wiggins woman was killed in a crash yesterday afternoon in a crash at Morgan county roads 6 and T. CSP said 77 year old Elizabeth McCaskill was heading east on county road T when her car collided with one that 51 year old Ralph Beauperez was driving east on county road 6. CSP said Beauperez had the right of way. Both cars spun and McCaskill was thrown out and pronounced dead at the scene. A one year old child in her car was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Beauperez had more serious injuries and was air lifted to North Colorado Medical Center. CSP said drugs and alcohol were not factors in the 3 p.m. crash. All three are from Wiggins.
