(Colorado Springs, CO) -- Colorado is in the top half of all states when it comes to residents' financial security today and their ability to create a more prosperous tomorrow. The Assets and Opportunity Scorecard ranked Colorado 22nd overall. The state earned above-average marks in education and in business and jobs. It rated average in financial assets and income, but received a failing mark on healthcare.
