At tomorrow night's meeting , The Fort Morgan City Council is set to hold a public hearing on adopting the 2009 International Building Codes for the city...with some local amendments. The codes would not include requirements for residential fire sprinkler systems in new construction of single- and double-family homes. Other items on the Tuesday night agenda include proposed city animal ordinance changes, and a possible hydropower generation study. The meetings are broadcast on channel 17.
