Debbie Zwirn, Logan County Commissioner for district 2, says she'll run for a second full term. She'll face republican challenger Rocky Samber. Zwirn became a commissioner in April 2007 when she completed the term of Greg Etl. She was elected to a full 4-year term in 2008. Term limits will make her ineligible to run again if she is re-elected this time around.
