Colorado State Patrol says a Mitchell, Nebraska man wasn't hurt, but was cited for several violations when his cattle truck rolled on Highway 6 yesterday afternoon. CSP said 46 year old Robert Gellermann was heading west on Highway 6, adjusting the radio when his truck drifted off the right side of the road and rolled into a ditch. Gellermann wasn't hurt, but 17 cows in the truck were killed. There were 40 on board. The highway was closed for about five hours after the 3 pm crash. Gellermann was charged with Careless Driving DUI/DUID, No Proof Insurance and Too Fast for Conditions
