BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — A defense attorney says a mental health evaluation is needed before a man suspected hiding in a portable toilet and spying on women in bathrooms around Boulder can enter a plea.
The Boulder Daily Camera reports that a judge postponed Luke Chrisco's hearing Thursday where he was to enter a plea. Defense attorney Jason Savela says a mental health evaluation is needed before plea negotiations with prosecutors can be completed.
